Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds are granted for services provided by Homeownnr LLC (“Homeownnr,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our Services, you agree to this policy. Please review it carefully.

  1. General Refund Terms
  • Non-Refundable Fees: All fees paid to Homeownnr for MLS listings, including Flat Fee MLS packages, are non-refundable once the Property is listed on the MLS or the agreed-upon services have commenced.
  • Upfront Payments: Payments made in advance for services, including the Starter Listing ($149) and the Seller Advantage package ($499 upfront + $1,500 at closing), are non-refundable, except where required by law.
  • Service Completion: Refunds will not be issued for completed services or once a listing is active on the MLS.
  1. Cancellations
  • Before Listing Activation:
    • Sellers may cancel their Agreement prior to the Property being listed on the MLS.
    • If cancellation is requested before any services commence (e.g., MLS listing or photography scheduling), a partial refund may be issued, minus administrative fees, if applicable.
  • After Listing Activation:
    • Fees are non-refundable once the Property has been listed on the MLS, regardless of the duration of the listing.
  1. Abandoned Listings
  • Listings that remain inactive or receive no Seller response for 15 consecutive days may be deemed abandoned and canceled without eligibility for a refund.
  1. Broker-Initiated Cancellations
  • In cases where Homeownnr cancels a listing due to:
    • Seller-provided false or inaccurate information,
    • Legal restrictions preventing the sale of the Property, or
    • Failure to respond to communication attempts, no refunds will be issued for services rendered prior to cancellation.
  1. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be granted in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Errors on the part of Homeownnr in processing or listing a Property.
  • Situations mandated by applicable laws, including local consumer protection laws.
  1. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding a refund, the matter will be resolved through binding arbitration as per the Terms and Conditions of Homeownnr LLC. Arbitration will take place in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
