Homeownnr LLC is a licensed real estate brokerage specializing in Flat Fee MLS listings and home-selling support services. By using our Services, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements and agree to comply with these Terms.

Key Definitions

• “User”: Any individual or entity that uses the Homeownnr platform or Services.
• “Services”: The offerings provided through our platform, including MLS listings, property marketing, and transaction coordination.
• “Property”: Residential real estate listed or transacted through Homeownnr.

User Responsibilities

By using the Services, you agree to:

1. Provide accurate, current, and complete information when using the platform.
2. Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable local, state, and federal laws, including fair housing regulations.
3. Keep your account credentials confidential and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
4. Update the status of any property listing (e.g., under contract, sold) within 24 hours, as required by MLS rules.

MLS Listing Terms

Users who utilize Homeownnr’s  services are subject to the following:

• Accuracy of Listings: Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of all property information submitted.
• Fees: All fees for MLS listings must be paid upfront and are non-refundable unless required by law. See more details about the refund policy.
• Content Ownership: Users confirm that any media or information uploaded (e.g., photos, descriptions) is owned by them or they have permission to use it. Copyrighted or unauthorized content is strictly prohibited.

Fees and Payments

• Payments for all Homeownnr Services must be made in advance. Fees are non-refundable except where expressly stated or required by law.
• Cancellation policies and fees for premium services are outlined in the applicable service agreement.

Third Party

We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

1. Homeownnr is not responsible for errors or inaccuracies in property listings provided by Users.
2. Homeownnr does not guarantee the sale, lease, or performance of any property listed through our platform.
3. Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Homeownnr from claims or disputes arising from the use of our Services.

Dispute Resolution

• Arbitration: Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
• Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Website, and continued use of the Services indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
